How to backup your
Outlook with contacts, emails and calendar (everything actually).

Click File, Import/Export, “Export to File”

Then click export to a file,

Next “Personal Folder File (.pst)” next, click the very first item in the tree (usually personal folders), check the “include sub folders”

Next, then just give it a place to backup to and remember backing up to its self is like no backup at all, burn that sucker to a disc and through it in a fire proof safe from Wal-Mart which costs all of about $20!

Restoring this file essentially the same in reverse but instead "Exporting to a file" you will "Import from another program or file"
